- Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing polynomials
- Methods of factoring (GCF, Difference of squares, quadratic polynomials)
Areas where problems occur include:
- Linear equations with decimals and fractions
- Setting up and solving word problems
- Writing the equation of a line using the point-slope method
- Writing and graphing equations of lines
- Multiplying binomials using the FOIL method while applying the rules of exponents

How we can help:
In this basic but often challenging math class, you will acquire skills to proceed with Algebra II and Calculus, Physics and Chemistry. It is crucial to your education, and our teachers have proven methodologies to help you, developed over years of classroom teaching. Using our interactive video and whiteboard, we can give you a framework for how to approach different types of problems, and then observe and offer suggestions to help as you implement these ideas.
